About these terms
These terms cover your use of Earnwick. They supplement Apple's standard app license, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with rules specific to Earnwick. If the two conflict, Apple's license applies.
Using the app
- You may use Earnwick for personal, non-commercial play on Apple devices you own or control, and share it with your family through Family Sharing.
- Please don't copy, change, resell or take apart the app, except where the law allows it.
Free missions and the purchase
- The first 4 missions and free play at the stand are free, and they stay free.
- One in-app purchase, “The whole village”, opens every mission after them and every stage, including stages released later, at no extra cost. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- The price is the one the App Store shows before you buy. Apple takes the payment and decides refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- “Restore purchase” brings the purchase back on your other devices. With Family Sharing on, your family can use it too.
- If a purchase is refunded, the extra missions close again. Your child's progress is kept.
- New stages come out when they're ready. We don't promise dates.
Coins in the game
Coins, and everything bought with them in the game, are play money. They can't be bought with real money, and they can't be sold or swapped for money or anything outside the game.
What the game teaches
Earnwick teaches money basics in a simple, playful way. It isn't financial advice. The gem translator's working times are rough estimates from the numbers you enter.
Other games
Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, Brawl Stars, Valorant, League of Legends and their currencies are named only as examples in the gem translator. They belong to their owners, who have no connection with Earnwick and don't endorse it.
Changes
We may update Earnwick and these terms. New terms appear here with a new date, and they apply from the update that brings them.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make Earnwick safe and reliable, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer law of your country.
