Bought it on another device?
Open the parent zone and tap “Restore purchase”. It brings the purchase back on your other devices, and with Family Sharing on, your family can use it too.
Refunds
Apple takes the payment and decides refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your email
If you email us, we get your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
